TICKET EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Customers have the right to cancel reservations or exchange tickets at any time before the departure time of the bus they have booked.

The Exchange, Return, and Cancellation policy applies as follows:  

- Ticket changes are completely free but must be reported at least 2 hours before the departure time of the rescheduled trip. Otherwise, customers will be accommodated on the next available trip or according to the bus company's arrangements.

- All transaction fees will not be refunded if you cancel the ticket.

- In case of a fare difference during the ticket exchange process, customers need to pay the additional amount or request the Company to refund the difference (if any).

To cancel a reservation or exchange a ticket, customers can choose one of the following methods:

–  Enter the ticket code and select “Cancel/Exchange Ticket”. If the reservation has been paid, we will call you the same day to arrange the refund method.
