TICKET EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Customers have the right to cancel bookings or exchange tickets at any time before the departure time of the booked trip.
The Exchange, Cancellation, and Refund policy is as follows:
- Changing tickets is completely free but must be reported at least 2 hours before the new departure time. Otherwise, customers will be accommodated on the next available trip or as arranged by the transport company.
- All transaction fees will not be refunded if you cancel the ticket.
- In case of any fare difference during the ticket exchange process, customers need to pay the additional amount or request the Company to refund the difference (if any).
To cancel a booking or exchange a ticket, customers can choose one of the following methods:
– Enter the ticket code and select “Cancel/Exchange Ticket”. If the booking has been paid, we will call you on the same day to arrange the refund method.
