TICKET EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Customers have the right to cancel reservations or exchange tickets at any time before the departure time of the bus they have booked.

The Exchange, Return, and Cancellation policy is applied as follows:  

- Changing tickets is completely free but must be reported 2 hours before the departure time of the rescheduled trip. Otherwise, customers will be allowed to take the next trip immediately after or as arranged by the bus company.

- All transaction fees will not be refunded if you cancel the ticket.

- In case of a fare difference during the ticket exchange process, customers need to pay the additional amount or request the Company to refund the difference (if any).

To cancel a reservation or exchange tickets, customers can choose to apply one of the following two methods:

–  Enter the ticket code and select “Cancel/Exchange ticket”. If the reservation has been paid, we will call you on the same day to agree on the refund method.
